1. Who are we?

We are Driver Jobs Ltd trading as Spotted Bee company registration number 16425979, registered office 18 Long Wood Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1PZ (“We”, “Us”, “Our/s”). When You apply for any vacancy on Our website or when You agree that We can give Your details to any of Our clients, We will do so on these terms and conditions unless We agree, in writing, to any different terms.

2. What services do We provide?

On Our website driverjobs.co.uk We advertise job vacancies for drivers in different sectors in the UK on behalf of Our clients. We also advertise roles within Our own group of companies.

When You ask Us to, We will let You know when We have a vacancy that fits with Your job search requirements. We will let You know usually by email but We may also communicate with You in other ways such as by text message.

We will let You know about any new vacancies as soon as We can. Because new vacancies arise at different times each month, You may receive details of the same vacancy more than once.

As well as advertising specific roles, We have a database of clients who ask Us to supply details of applicants who are looking for particular jobs. When You give Us Your details We will add You to Our database and We will pass Your details to those clients whose vacancies match Your job search requirements.

We do not charge You for the service We provide

We may change the services that We provide at any time and We recommend that you check Our website regularly to be sure that Our services suit Your needs.

3. What do You need to do?

If You are interested in the services that We provide, You will need to let Us have Your 1.) full name 2.) telephone number and 3.) email address. This can be done by completing the form on Our website.

We do not take details from anyone on Your behalf so You must supply these. If the email address or telephone number that You give Us belongs to someone else, it is Your responsibility for making sure that You have their permission to give it to Us and You must make sure that they know how We will be using that information, that they agree to Our privacy policy www.driverjobs.co.uk/privacy-policy/ and that they understand that We do not accept responsibility for any losses that they may incur by You using their email address or telephone number.

4. How We keep Your information

We will collect and process Your personal data in line with Our privacy policy www.driverjobs.co.uk/privacy-policy/ We may update Our privacy policy from time to time.

5. What if You no longer want to be on Our database?

If You have found a job or do not want to be on Our database any longer then You should let Us know by contacting info@driverjobs.co.uk We will remove Your details promptly but You may still receive contact from Us or Our clients in the period that it takes Us to update Our database.

6. What we don’t guarantee/ liability

We will advertise vacancies and match You with suitable roles but We are not under any obligation to find employment for You.

Where You apply for a client vacancy that is listed on Our website, all correspondence is between You and the client. We are not responsible for this. You should bear in mind that an offer of employment is not made until You receive written details received from the client.

You should not engage in any conduct which is detrimental to Our interests, would negatively affect Our relationship with Our clients or is likely to bring Us into disrepute and You agree to tell Us immediately if there are any reasons where it not be in Our interests, Your interests or Our client’s if You were to take up a vacancy advertised on Our website or with one of Our group companies. You must also tell Us if the information that We hold about You changes (such as your telephone number or you have further points on Your driving licence).

Your details will be held on Our database at Our absolute discretion. If We believe that there is any reason why We should remove Your details, We will usually discuss this with You first but We may on occasions remove Your details without telling You if We feel We need to do so to protect Our interests or Our client’s interests.

We do not make any representation or warranty about the accuracy of any information contained in any of Our clients’ job advertisements.

We will remove expired job listings from Our website promptly but We can give no guarantee that any vacancy listed on the website remains open at any given time.

We accept liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and for any other matter where We cannot exclude or limit liability under applicable law. In all other circumstances, Our liability to You will be limited to direct losses only and will be limited to £250.

Our commitment to You

We will be inclusive, open and fair-minded at all times.

We will only supply Your details in relation to roles where We think there is a strong match between Your requirements the client’s requirements.

We will pass to Our client the information that You give Us and that You allow Us to share.

We will work collaboratively with You and if Your job search requirements change, when You have let Us know about the changes, We will notify You of more relevant vacancies.

If You have any complaint in connection with Our services You have the right to make a complaint in writing to our Complaints Manager using info@driverjobs.co.uk Your complaint will be handled fairly.

General

We can at any time assign, transfer, charge, subcontractor deal in any other manner with all or any of Our rights under these terms and can subcontract or delegate in any manner any of Our responsibilities to any third party.

If any of these terms is not enforceable that term (or part of the term) will be deemed to have been removed and this will not affect the remaining terms.

If We are unable to supply Our Services because of any matter outside of Our control, We can, without being responsible to You, cancel or suspend any of Our obligations to You by giving You notice.

You agree that We are not acting as Your agent when We provide any services to You.

These terms of business will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear any claims.
