Job Description

Location: Bathgate
Pay: 4 day week £613 + VAT up to 6 days week £1064.00 +VAT
Bonus: Up to £120 per week based on performance
Total: £1,064.00 per week incl. VAT (for qualifying drivers)
Van: Fully insured van provided (kept on site)
Fuel: Covered (subject to conditions)
Route: Pre-planned routes using the Flex delivery app
Training: Full delivery and safety training provided.

Overview

Our client is seeking reliable and motivated self-employed delivery drivers to join their team delivering parcels across Edinburgh for the world’s biggest online retailer. You’ll be using a company-provided van and working structured routes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing logistics team, delivering parcels with the support of a trusted brand. Opportunities to develop into management are available and encouraged.

Key Details

• Location: Bathgate
• Load Times: 10:20am
• Route Length: Approx. 9 hours per day
• Schedule: 4–6 days per week (at least one weekend day availability required)
• Transport: You will need your own transport to and from the van parking site (vehicle cannot be taken home)
• Start Date: October 2026

Requirements

• At least 6 months of commercial van driving experience (3.5t and above)
• Full manual UK/EU Driving Licence (maximum 5 penalty points, no DR or IN convictions)
• Must meet minimum age requirements for insurance
• Able to pass a DBS check
• Follow all road safety and company procedures
• Physically fit – this is an active role with daily parcel handling of 170+ stops per day
• Comfortable working independently and in all weather conditions
• Load parcels into the delivery vehicle each morning
• Punctual, professional, and customer-focused
• Full delivery and safety training provided
