Job Description

Location: Burtonwood, Warrington WA5 3TZ, UK
Pay:*£130.50- £156.60 per day + VAT
Bonus: Up to £120 per week based on performance
Total: *£1083.00 per week incl. VAT (for qualifying drivers)
Van: Fully insured van provided (kept on site)
Fuel: Covered (subject to conditions)
Route: Pre-planned routes using the Flex delivery app
Training: Full delivery and safety training provided

*Christmas incentive rate of £130.50 per 9 hour route is paid with 100% reliability during the week and no van damage. Basic rate is £121.50 which is also paid for classroom training and 2 x ride along routes. Rate applies 2/11/25 to 27/12/25.

Overview

Our client is seeking reliable and motivated self-employed delivery drivers to join their team delivering parcels across Warrington, Cheshire and parts of Greater Manchester for the world’s biggest online retailer. Based out of Omega Park Warrington, you’ll be using a company-provided van and working structured routes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing logistics team, delivering parcels with the support of a trusted brand. Opportunities to develop into management are available and encouraged.

Key Details

• Location: Burtonwood, Warrington WA5 3TZ, UK
• Load Times: 10:15 AM
• Route Length: Approx. 9 hours per day
• Schedule: 4–6 days per week (weekend availability required)
• Transport: You will need your own transport to and from the van parking site (vehicle cannot be taken home)

Requirements

• At least 3 months of commercial van driving experience (3.5t and above)
• Full manual UK/EU Driving Licence (maximum 5 penalty points, no DR or IN convictions)
• Must meet minimum age requirements for insurance
• Able to pass a DBS check
• Follow all road safety and company procedures
• Physically fit – this is an active role with daily parcel handling of 177+ stops per day
• Comfortable working independently and in all weather conditions
• Load parcels into the delivery vehicle each morning
• Punctual, professional, and customer-focused
• Full delivery and safety training provided
